The development and production of guns is permanently going on just like the production of holsters. We asked the company Falco to test new products from their production program. We chose two newcomers namely a shoulder bag used for concealed gun wear and a shooting target.

 

Shoulder Bag for Concealed Gun Wearing

 

Recently wearing a bag over a shoulder has been very popular not only among young people. They are the bags reminding a backpack worn on the back and so called a bum bag worn around the belt. They are used for wearing cards, keys, mobile phones and other small stuff. The Falco Company has come up with a newcomer where you can wear also a short gun concealed.

 

I would divide the tested product into three parts as for the construction. The first part is formed by a shoulder harness, other counters and pockets are designed for various objects and the third one is designed for concealed gun wear.

 

The first thing that caught my attention in a contact with the above mentioned harness was an arm. More massive construction which is completed with nonskid removable pad made a good feeling even stronger. As it appeared later the width of a harness played a crucial role in maximum loading as the weight was well balanced in bigger body area, which enabled comfortable wear without any signs of tiredness. A flexible plastic clip and a possibility of different adjustment enable the use of a bag for people of various somato-types.

 

The bag´s body itself is formed also by the second and the third part. A very efficient design of the second part offers the use of five packets full of various stuff like cards, keys, personal items, glasses or a camera or bullets. Packets are separated and are closed with quality zips /classical or Velcro/ and a plastic clip. On the side there is another holster where you can put your mobile, torch or gas spray. On the other side there are loops /6/ to which you can adjust a holster to a magazine.

 

The most important part I focused on was the third one set for concealed wear of a short gun. It is situated behind the second one so a gun is worn between the body, counters and packets and it is set for carrying various items. The presence of a gun can be checked also by body without taking the gun out. Closing of the third part is made by a robust zip with two mechanisms. The whole counter for a gun can be zipped from down to up and back which offers a safe storage and gun protection. If we want a gun to have ready for a quick use, we zip the counter in the way to have zip mechanisms in the right upper corner. By gripping and pulling of plastic loop /situated in an outer side of the right upper corner/ we open an access to a gun. We can achieve also a stable gun fixation by covering the gun with a closing strap which is then stuck to a pad by Velcro. We can put a gun also to a bag in various angles and it will still be well fixed.

 

A Shooters Bag

 

The shooting bag will be highly appreciated by shooters who regularly shoot. Everybody certainly appreciates when they have all necessary shooting stuff stored and clearly separated in one bag. You just grasp it in case and „let´s come „to a shooting range. The newcomer from the Falco Company is cca 55 x 35cm big with a robust construction and it has a great space with hard walls around. You can divide it even more with the help of movable walls /which are fixed by Velcro/ to meet your needs. Diagonally there are packets placed on the bag sides which are closed just like an inner bag space, by classical robust and quality zip. Further and efficient division is enabled also by other packets place in front of the bag. There are some special handles for holding it in a hand and adjustable harness for shoulder wear and you can hold the bag on your shoulder even when its weight is higher.

 

Conclusion

 

Despite of size it does not hinder your comfortable wear.

 

The producer kept all details in mind which is proved also by a mouth for leaking liquid out when a bottle is accidentally opened /on the bottom of a counter set for their transport/. The shooting bag was designed to use it efficiently and to transport the equipment whether it is short guns, shooting optics, bullets, torches, glasses, ear protectors and also some other shooting needs.

 

The shoulder bag is set for concealed gun wear and also a shooting bag is made of quality material resistant to chafing with waterproof finishing.
