- How do I order a holster for my gun? 
We are bringing you a step by step description of handling an exemplary order, to better understanding our working procedure.

  • Select a product in our e-store, fill correct information in checkout process and you will be redirected to the payment gateway
  • You will receive email notification of received order
  • We will process and review your order, or resolve issues
  • You will receive email notification of receiving the payment
  • If your product availability is not “On Stock”, your order is sent to producer - Express Custom Made
  • Your order proceeded to production
  • The orders from the previous week are processed every Monday
  • cutting, modeling, stitching, pickling, ...
  • By keeping the product quality; the process cannot be speed up and usually takes 10 to 20 business days
  • The finished products are sorted, invoices and shipping labels are printed and the merchandise is packed
  • You will receive email notification with shipping confirmation
  • Twice a week are packed goods transported to the airport where is directly loaded onto the aircraft
  • Your order is on way to you directly from producer in Europe by selected shipping method


Please note:

  • Products with availability Express Custom Made - by keeping the product quality; the production process cannot be speed up and usually takes 10 to 20 business days
  • Orders Express Custom Made are shipped directly from European
  • Orders shipped by First Class Mail envelope does not offer tracking service, however offers very good value for the money and reliability

- What are your payment methods?
A easy way how to pay your order, is the payment gateway 2checkout.com. You can also pay bay PayPal. Our PayPal address is sales@falcoholsters.com.

- What are the shipping / handling charges?
It depends on package size and weight. $2.95 - $12.95
The shipping costs are calculated automatically to your total. 

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We are shipping worldwide.

FalcoHolsters.com has thousands of satisfied customers from around the world. We specialize in shipping internationally and endeavor to make the process as simple as possible for our customers.
FalcoHolsters.com is unable to take responsibility for knowing the local customs duties and import policies for every country we ship to.
Pricing: All prices on our site are in US dollars.  If you are a non-US customer, your credit card company will normally convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency.  We do not have control over the exchange rate.
Returns: FalcoHolsters.com accepts requests for international exchanges. Requests must be received by FalcoHolsters.com within 7 days of receipt of the product.

- Is there a warranty on merchandise I purchase?
Yes, Most of Falco products offers five years limited warranty, some of the product offers 2 your warranty.

- How many of your holsters do you keep in stock?
There are over 1500 holsters stocked locally.

- How long will a well made holster last?
The usual production time for a leather holster takes 10-20 bisiness days.

- What is my order status? Has my order shipped?

- Why is it taking so long for my order to be shipped?
All holsters are custom made to fit one gun model only according the order and gun specification.

- Why is my package late?
The goods sent to customers directly from the European producer can be late because of Air-Mail delay. Sometimes are the packages and envelopes temporally held by Custom Office. The delay should not take longer as 2-3 business days.


- What thickness of leather do you use for your holsters?

The premium leather used for making the Falco leather holsters, is about 2.8 - 3.0 mm thick.

- Do you make holsters for condition one (cocked-and-locked) carry?
Yes, all holsters are basically designed to work with cocked and locked gun.


- Do you make holsters for revolvers?
Yes, we are making pistol holsters and revolvers holster too.

- How should I specify my order to get a correct holster for my revolver?
If you would like to make an order for a revolver holster, do not forget to specify your revolver, please.
We need to know:

  1. Name of manufacturer
  2. Barrel lenght
  3. Frame type (J,K,L,...)
  4. Number od rounds.

RETURNS

 
- What is your Returns policy?
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product, The merchandise must be in saleable condition with packing. Please contact the customer support before returning the merchandise. All funds are refunded to your credit card. FalcoHolsters.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping. The invoice of the purchased merchandise have to be included.

We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original cartons must be held for Federal Express inspection. We will be happy to assist you with any claims that may arise. In the event you desire to return your merchandise, please contact Customer Service immediately via e-mail at sales@falcoholsters.com. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after receiving product. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise, we will begin processing your refund or reship whichever is your preference.

- Do you have a retail store?
Unfortunately we have no retail store in US at this moment.

HOLSTER CARE


- How do I tighten my holster if the fit is too loose?
If a new Falco leather holster you have just received is too loose, please contact the customer support and ask for exchange for a new one which fits the gun properly. 

- How do I loosen my holster if it is too tight?
If a new Falco leather holster you have just received is too tight, please coat the inside part of the holster with cookig oil, could be used some other natural oil (not motor oil), put the gun inside the holster, close the thumb-break if any and let the oil works for 8-12 hours.

- Is each holster made to fit only a certain gun?
All holsters are made to fit one specific firearm, pistol or revolver.

- What does it mean – A holster made on order ?
The producer is able to make a holster for almost any either not common handgun.
If you write us your gun specification, we will ask the producer to make it for you. You will be informed about the possibilities and costs in future email.

- Nylon And Plastics Gun Holsters Care
Learn how to take care and protect our leather gun holsters and accessories product range.
All gun holster synthetic products will need minimal care and maintenance:

  • Do clean with a soft cloth and mild soap (don’t submerge in water or other liquid)
  • If needed, you can use a soft bristle brush
  • Do allow to air dry naturally
  • Don’t use artificial heat to speed up the drying process
  • Don’t use Loctite or others
  • Don’t use solvents or chemical products
