The following describes the terms and conditions in which FalcoHolsters.com offers you use of its website and access to the products and services offered within. By purchasing merchandise through this website, you agree to abide by the policies and procedures and processes delineated within, including guarantees/warranties, pricing, online ordering, reserving special order items, mail order, payment process, refund process, shipping & handling, damaged merchandise processes.

We reserve the right to add to or revise any content of any web page at any time (excluding pricing for items already ordered and paid for unless a gross typographical error exists) as the result of seller or manufacturer pricing adjustments or any other situation which FalcoHolsters.com feels warrant any revisions/additions/deletions to its web pages. Content revisions may result in changes to the following policies/processes/practices, but will not apply to merchandise already ordered and paid unless a gross typographical error exists, including guarantees/warranties, product pricing, online ordering, reserving special order items, mail order, payment process, refund process, shipping & handling, damaged merchandise, and any other policy/process/practice not heretofore mentioned.


FalcoHolsters.com will not change the current price for an item once it is ordered unless the cost is in gross typographical error. Continued purchases from our website means you agree to read and abide and comply with any changes in content of this website, FalcoHolsters.com.

Return policy


Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product, with reference to an assigned return authorization number and must be in saleable condition with packing. All funds are refunded to your credit card. FalcoHolsters.com.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Buyer pays return shipping. The invoice of the purchased merchandise have to be included.

We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Ask carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original cartons must be held for Federal Express inspection. We will be happy to assist you with any claims that may arise. In the event you desire to return your merchandise, please contact Customer Service immediately via e-mail at sales@falcoholsters.com. Keep a record of this number as proof that your return has been authorized. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after receiving product, with reference to its return authorization number written upon the outside of the shipping container in a visible location (please do not write on the merchandise box packed inside!). Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise, we will begin processing your refund or reship whichever is your preference.

Shipping & handling


You will receive email verifications at each stage of the order process, i.e.
  • Receipt of Order
  • Order Shipment
  • Advice of delay and estimated delivery time for special or out-of-stock items (most of our products are in stock)

Our products are sorted to three groups based on availability, you can find this information in each product detail:

  • In stock - Product is located in our stock and will be shipped to you in 1 to 3 business days.
  • In Producers stock - Product is located in producers stock and fist will be sent to us. Product will be shipped to you in 10 to 14 business days.
  • Custom made - Product is not in stock and will be custom made to your order. Product is shipped to you in 10 to 14 business days.

Orders are shipped by First Class Mail. This service offers low price with relatively fast delivery time, but does not have tracking number. Please write us first if you want to send your holster by courier service, we will let you know price.

Upon preparing product for shipping, it will take on the average 5-7 business days for you to receive your merchandise (depending on your location it can be a bit longer). On this link you can find estimated delivery time to every country in the world stated by Post office.

International orders


FalcoHolsters.com has thousands of satisfied customers from around the world. We specialize in shipping internationally and endeavor to make the process as simple as possible for our customers.

FalcoHolsters.com is unable to take responsibility for knowing the local customs duties and import policies for every country we ship to.

Pricing: All prices on our site are in US dollars.  If you are a non-US customer, your credit card company will normally convert your order total from US dollars to your local currency.  We do not have control over the exchange rate.

Returns: FalcoHolsters.com accepts requests for international exchanges. Requests must be received by FalcoHolsters.com within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, at this time, we are unable to accept returns internationally. Please see our full Return Policy for complete details on returns and exchanges for international orders.


Product care


Leather care and maintenance:

All holster leather products will need minimal care and maintenance:
  • Do clean with a soft cloth and mild soap (don’ t submerge in water or other liquid).
  • Do allow to air dry naturally.
  • You can use a neutral leather cream.
  • Don’t use artificial heat to speed up the drying process.
  • Don’t use Loctite or others.
  • Don’t use solvents or chemical products.

Synthetic care and maintenance:

All holster synthetic products will need minimal care and maintenance:

  • If needed, you can use a soft bristle brush.
  • Do allow to air dry naturally.
  • Don’t use artificial heat to speed up the drying process.
  • Don’t use Loctite or others.
