Holster is well made, and the custom options were done fantastically. One star off as I had to work extra hard to get the button strap loosened stretched out enough to actually fit, and it is still VERY snug. I think in the future that model holster with that gun needs a slightly longer retention strap. No reason for it to be that short. Also, a small issue in that I specified 3xl supressor sights, with the exact millimeter measurement. The front sight snags on the leather at times, which is a concern. I'm hoping that repeated use will clear that up - BUT it does make me nervous as the sight snagging at the wrong time is exactly what no one needs or wants. That said, I think overall the holster is well made, and with time will give many years of service. I may order another from Falco with the information I've gleaned from this first order. :)

Ordered the holster with very specific features. I received the wrong holster. When I contacted Customer Service they said it was a lesser quality holster that I was sent because I didn't order a premium. That was COMPLETELY FALSE; it was just the WRONG STYLE holster. They refused to acknowledge they made the mistake instead saying it was my fault. Total BS. They offered their buyback program with an evaluation of the returned product. I didn't need an evaluation; i needed the correct holster I ordered. The whole process to return and wait for the correct holster would have taken months which defeated the need I had. So, it was a terrible purchase and terrible customer service response.

Norman drop leg. Great quality, gun fits great.
One thing though is that the thumb break is not removable or adjustable as advertised in the description. The button is very stiff and hard to re-snap.
Another thing, that is my fault, is that I thought it was an optical cut, buy its not. With my red dot it doesn't fit.
Sadly I'm going to have to return the holster.

The thumb break is attached to the holster with Velcro, it can be removed from the holster and reattached as described in the product description. We could adapt the cutout for the Red Dot, but we would have to remove the magazine holster from the holster because the Red Dot would interfere with the magazine holster and thus the holster would not function properly.

Firearm fits very snuggly in the holster. The straps are a little long (put them over the trigger guard - no hammer on the firearm) but that is better than too short.

The holster looks like it could be used as an OWB or IWB. Belt loops on both sides.

For $130 this is extremely disappointing. If it were $30 okay I’d let it go. The mold is not flush, it’s heavy and there’s a lot of wasted space. The gun isn’t very secure either. The holster is so wide it would literally make a brick in your pants. Notice all the extra plastic hanging off around the holster. For what reason?! I was comparing the Falco holster to a $25 + free shipping eBay holster for my DB9 and the eBay holster is significantly better quality. Price doesn’t always equal quality folks… This could be a good holster if they go back to the drawing board with the mold and make it much flatter and tighter to the gun.

The thumb break snap would not snap close with or without firearm in holster. Even After stretching leather etc. The thumb break snap gets inside the trigger guard when reholstering. I’d consider this an unsafe holster for realistic carry. I love shoulder holsters, I have a lot of them. Unfortunately this just isn’t it. Shoulder Straps are good quality. Ammo pouch good.

First thing the snap completely broke off of the IWB holster. Got it repaired with different brand snap. It’s a bit bulky in the waistband compared to other IWB Glock holsters. Retention is good.
