WHERE ARE FALCO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

All Falco products are made with pride in Slovakia, central Europe. We produce all our products in our own factory here.

PRODUCTION MATERIALS

We use high quality materials to produce Falco products. Our leather is 2.5 - 3mm superb quality cow hide. The nylon is specially made for us. And we use only genuine 2mm kydex. All materials comes from the EU an the US.

HOW TO PICK THE RIGHT HOLSTERS?

There are so many different types of holsters and different methods of carry that need to be considered when choosing your holster. The only way to find a good holster is to decide on the method of carry that would suit your needs.

Considering concealment, drawing, retention and comfort should be the following criteria for selecting the right holster.

HOW SHOULD I CARRY MY GUN?

There is no correct answer. The best advice we can give is to try out as many as you can of the different carry and angle positions. Once you find where the gun is most comfortable, best conceals your body and you find the draw easy, you have the winner. Read our blog on What type of gun holsters we produce

WHAT IS A THUMB BREAK?

A thumb break is a retaining strap secured by a snap button that is released by a pushing motion of the thumb. It secures the weapon by means of a strap going over the hammer or rear of the gun. 

Some of our (nylon) holsters offer a removable and adjustable thumb break.

Please get in touch with us, specifying your gun model and/or the special accessories, ideally including a picture. We will gladly produce a custom made product for you.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

At present we offer a 7% discount for all police, army, special forces and security services members.

SHIPPING TIME & AVAILABILITY

Immediately available items will be shipped within 1-3 business days from ordering.

Otherwise our in-house production for made to order items would take 3-4 weeks. We ship our products directly from factory located in Slovakia, European Union via UPS.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Please note that your payment will be taken immediately when you place an order with us.

WHY HAS MY PAYMENT BEEN REFUSED?

Very sorry that something has gone wrong.

Please contact your card issuer for details on why your card was declined.

In some cases we are able to provide an instant payment link to you so the order can be completed.

HOW WILL I BE INFORMED ABOUT MY ORDER STATUS?

We keep you updated throughout the whole process. Once the order is received, processed, produced and dispatched. You would receive automated emails from us at all these stages.

CAN I CHANGE THE QUANTITIES OR PRODUCTS ONCE I PLACED THE ORDER?

Of course, this is possible but only up to a certain point of the order timeline. Please get in touch with us asap if you need to alter your original order.

WHERE WE DELIVER TO, COSTS & DELIVERY TIMESCALES

We offer worldwide delivery . Our freight forwarders UPS commit to delivery within 3 business days from the receipt of your order from us.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated after filling in the delivery address.

Please not at present we are unable to ship to a PO BOX addresses.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT

When a package is shipped internationally it may be subject to custom duties imposed by the destination country. This may result in you having to pay additional charges such as duties, taxes and custom clearance fees which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.

(Such as the ИНН, the tax identification Number for Russian customers)

Custom duty is not applied on goods sold within the EU. However, VAT may still be applicable and should be included in the purchase price at the time of sale

PRODUCT WARRANTY

We offer 5 year limited warranty on majority of our products. However, some products intended for heavy usage, such as kydex products, come with 2 year warranty.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories.

Please submit a return request via our website. You would then receive an email proof.

Upon receipt and review of the product, if eligible,  you will be issued a refund.

Please make sure that whatever your reason for returning goods, you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

EXCHANGE

Please submit an exchange request via our website. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you to take you through the process.

WHAT TO DO IN AN EVENT OF DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT?

All our items are checked and carefully packed by our staff. If you should receive a damaged parcel, please always check the contents immediately in the presence of the carrier. Should the condition of the goods demand it please require a damage report by the carrier.

We would also kindly ask you to inform us about the damage by email or phone.

HOW TO BREAK IN YOUR NEW LEATHER HOLSTER

Quality holsters have a high degree of retention (tightness) right from he start. The leather holsters are fitted to a particular gun and the initial fit is usually very tight and requires some stretching of the leather to allow for a smooth draw. It is called break in.

The break in can be done by repetitive drawing of the empty gun from the holster or leaving the handgun holstered for a couple of days.

HOLSTER CARE & MAINTENANCE

Leather holsters are more susceptible to wear and damage than other holsters. Investing some care and attention will preserve their beauty and functionality.

Areas of high salt content (sweat) can degrade the leather quality. If possible, keep a barrier of clothing between yourself and the holster, protecting the leather from perspiration.

It is a good practise to wipe down your leather products with a clean dry cloth after every use. A gentle cleansing with warm water and glycerin soap can be done if the leather becomes soiled. Brush on with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse and pad the leather with a dry cloth until it remains just slightly damp. Allow the product to air dry on its own. Direct sunlight and high heat can change the shape of the leather and will likely cause a permanent damage to it.

When not in regular use, store your leather products in a cool, dry location.

Nylon holsters and our other synthetic material products such s belts, concealed carry bags, slings ans accessorise will need minimal care throughout their service life.

Clean as needed by hand wash with a mild soap and water. Allow to air dry naturally. If needed, you may use a soft bristle brush (such as a toothbrush) to loosen any extra dirt or dust.

Do not wash them in the washing machine or use artificial heat to speed up the drying process.

Following our recommended care and maintenance tips, along with common sense, will allow you to get the maximum service life from your Falco synthetic material products.

Kydex holsters are virtually maintenance free.

If a kydex holster gets dirty or dusty, you can wash it off and wipe it down.
