Slim Design Secured OWB Leather Holster for Guns with Light

Very nice , well made, fits great on the width and thickness , just a little tight on the length, I had to have my light all the way back to the trigger guard and the strap is still hard to snap, probably will loosen up with use , highly recommend it .

I love the quality however I would like to have a more stable attachment to the belt - two points of attachment on either side of the holster like that of a pancake style holster versus one point of attachment because my firearm is very heavy and does not feel secure.

Great quality, fit it tight as expected until broken in , my only issue but my fault is suppressor height sites scrap inside of holster . I thought I went with highest option . A hair more room would be perfect . Will definitely buy this brand again .

The holster, for my Ruger Max 9, is made of thick and high-quality leather which will take some time for breaking in but fits my weapon like a glove.

Everything from the design process to customer support has been excellent. When the holster came it was a tight fit and the thumb strap didn't latch, however after a few emails they were able to teach me how to properly break it all in. Does not fit my M17 w/ TRL-1HL. Depth on the light is too shallow and doesn’t allow the weapons to seat correctly for thumb break to close and snap.

fits ca approved shield with stream light tlr6 perfectly. Strap required oiling and fitting as expected with any holster. Neets foot oil did not affect the finish in any appreciable way. Superb quality, fit, and finish if you are looking for a traditional leather holster for the shield with a tlr6 light.

This hand crafted holster fit my Dan Wesson specialist commander perfectly. The break in instructions were explicit about proper sizing using a plastic bag. I used that method actually for several days along with wearing the holster with the firearm to fine tune the fit and retention I desired. The Leather ,stitching, craftsmanship and leather finish are top quality. Waiting time was as advertised and got several updates on status. Hard to wait that long...but well worth it. Also...Fits my 1 1/2 belt like a glove. Secure with no slop or slippage anywhere. Excellent!

The holster is extremely high quality! I have ordered Falco holsters from Craft Holsters before and they are my favorite holsters. They sit comfortably on your hip, have a great cant for fast drawing and are secure with the snap closure. The color is nice and the holsters hold up well. I open carry my Sig Sauer P229, P226, my Colt King Cobra all in these holsters at my part time job at our local gun store and wear them all day long with no problem. The only reason I give this a 4/5 star is that the strap on this particular light bearing holster was way to short to put over my gun. I had to use a break in kit and really stretch the leather on the strap to get it to close. My recommendation is on the light bearing holsters especially for a Sig P226 with an external hammer that the strap is about a half an inch longer. Otherwise I love this holster and it will live on my gun belt that I take to the range. The holster also came much faster than I expected.

fair. The holster was not what I had anticipated regarding customization. I think this is due to website category selections. In the end what was sent did not work at all...

1. I could not find the basic holster in a paddle format. I had to email Falco to tell them what I wanted and I was given two options to choose from. So I started with that. I was also told that I needed to purchase the paddle accessory and add info in the notes or comments at purchase to use it. There's no information on the website that I could see that tells you to do any of this. There should be a paddle option with the appropriate drop down menu to purchase the item.

2. when selecting sights types, I needed both the red dot and the higher sights as I have suppressor height iron sights. When selecting one, to select the other option also, it unchecks the previous option chosen. I had to call after my order the next day to confirm I was getting the higher sights, and evidently the order was changed to the higher sights for me, but when the holster arrived, there was no red dot relief cut out on the holster...
Upon calling after getting the product, I was told that selecting the red dot automatically means higher sights. So this explains why you can only select one or the other. But for what it's worth, the holster does have a front sight area that appears higher, but when putting the firearm into the holster, the front sight rubs pretty much all the way down to the bottom of the holster. I am wondering if only the end of the holster is formed for the higher front sight...
3. When Contacting support they read back what I already have for an order and I explained the several phone calls regarding concerns I had to make sure it would be right. They did offer to replace the holster at my expense to ship it back, but a store credit for the amount would be given which I could use toward the new Holster if I sent back the old customized one (it had my initials on it) which they said they would destroy.

In the meantime waiting for email dialog correspondence, I decided to use a Dremel tool and cut the red dot relief in and it turned out pretty well. I also shaved off some of the leather underneath so I could get a full purchase on the hand grip. So I ended up with ALMOST what I'd wanted, but it's not perfect.

The holster will not clasp. I can force the gun without the light, but with the light, it is impossible. The designs on the outside look childish they are so poorly done. Very dissatisfied.
