After the process of drying the genuine leather, the hand-moulded holster might naturally shrink a little. If the re-holstering appears difficult during the first wear and the fit is too thigh, do not worry. All you need to do is to break-in the leather. Find our tips on the process here:

Fantastic! I fell in love with the Merlin the first time I wore it! This is my second in that style and my third Falco Holster. They are extremely well-made and very, very comfortable to wear. I've worn my first Merlin for several years, and it holds up well, retains its shape and retention, and is easy on the gun's finish. Their response times and customer service are above PERFECT, and the quality follows that same philosophy. Great quality, great customer service, great people, and they have a great response time! Just be respectful of time zones. My recommendation is 6 stars on a 1-5 scale; you will not be disappointed!

First, I like to say, due to my stature, the cant in this design allows me to carry comfortable all day long. At times I have even forget I'm carrying. I like this holsters design and fit so much, I have purchased 4, ‘EMP9, KDS9, CDS9 and Chappa Rhino’ . This is the best holster I have ever purchased. And is now my main chose for every day carry.
