After the process of drying the genuine leather, the hand-molded holster might naturally shrink a little. If the re-holstering appears difficult during the first wear and the fit is too high, do not worry. All you need to do is to break-in the leather. Find our tips on the process here:

Unable to get the strap to fit. Followed the instructions using alcohol and putting gun in a plastic bag and leaving overnight.

Recently I purchased the C108 holster. You can find it under the OWB section. My initial reaction when I unpacked it was "Wow! This is quality." The holster was very tight due to natural leather shrinkage, but was easily fixed by searching out Falco on YouTube and following the break in steps. I'm going to give them a solid 5 star rating for Customer Service, DIANA E. GHEORGHINETE of their customer care department helped out and was so professional that a minor problem with placing the order turned into no inconvenience at all. The shipment was easy to track, and arrived within two weeks. For Quality another solid 5 stars. This holster was made with high quality leather and hardware. Gun Fit, I'll give it 5 stars. At first I was worried that I got the wrong holster, but after following the simple break in steps the fit is PERFECT, and the draw is smooth and non-binding. I'm very happy with the holster and would recommend FALCO to others. My only issue, I like to wear a high ride holster for off and on duty carry, meaning the trigger and trigger guard are more in line with my belt. This holster has the trigger and trigger guard below my belt which, while taking nothing away from the quality of the holster, changes my draw a little, but that is a matter of preference. I wish the product pictures illustrated the ride better. Great product. Great Prices, Awesome Customer Service, Fast Shipping, And SPOT ON support. This company really stands behind their product. I will be ordering a Glock 19 holster next.
