After the process of drying the genuine leather, the hand-moulded holster might naturally shrink a little. If the re-holstering appears difficult during the first wear and the fit is too thigh, do not worry. All you need to do is to break-in the leather. Find our tips on the process here:

While the quality of the holster is fine, the design is not. Because a Seecamp is small gun the holster does not allow enough of a purchase on the gun to keep it from falling out without a thumb strap. This holster should be returned and replaced with a holster with a thumb strap at no additional expense to the consumer as the current engineering makes it unsafe to carry for fear of the gun falling out.

I was a cop (uniform and plainclothes) and firearms instructor for 33 years. I have hunted around the world with handguns. I understand the dynamics of holster performance. A holster should carry a handgun comfortably, securely, be concealable if that is its purpose, and always allow for a proper draw with firing grip. The leather on this holster is thin and flimsy. The holster length is cut too short; it is just even with the end of the pistol barrel/slide. This open ended short length allows the muzzle of the pistol to scrape on things such as rocks, benches, hard chairs, and seat belts when sitting. This an easy to fix design flaw. The holster's front belt loop design causes the gun and holster to stick out from the body even when worn with a properly stiff belt designed for wearing a gun. This is not an issue for field carry. For concealed carry it is an issue since only a heavy jacket hides the bulge. The overall theory of design of the holster is good. The execution is poor for the following reasons: thin, flimsy leather, the holster length should be at least 1/8 inch longer to protect the pistol, the front belt loop should be redesigned and/or be constructed of stiffer leather so that it resists bending outward from the body. The holster does allow for a decent grip and draw.

At first, I was somewhat concerned because my Glock 20 would barely fit and it was very difficult to unholster. Then I read on the website about breaking it in with denatured alcohol. I bought a spray bottle of denatured alcohol on Amazon. I followed the instructions and left the gun in a plastic bag in the holster overnight. The holster is much softer now and the unholstering is much easier. I'm on the heavy side at 6-0 235 and this holster keeps my sidearm nice and snug to my side with 3 o'clock carry. I have Kramer and Mitch Rosen holsters and I like this one the best.

I was surprised, however, that it has a wing like the C633, I would imagine because of my Holosun optic sight. The leather at the belt loop is too close to the grip to get my fingers around the grip without ripping the nail off my middle finger. And I don't have thick fingers. I wish I had the ability to submit some photos. This holster is useless to me. $130 wasted
