After the process of drying the genuine leather, the hand-molded holster might naturally shrink a little. If the re-holstering appears difficult during the first wear and the fit is too high, do not worry. All you need to do is to break-in the leather. Find our tips on the process here:

The leather craftsmanship and customer service are top notch. I have four different leather holsters from Falco for different firearms and all of the are top notch. Their IWB leather holsters are extremely comfortable and durable.
Very nice looking holster and after using the break in kit and removing and replacing the fire arm in the holster around 100 times it's an absolute spot on fit with just the right about of tension. Proper break in is key it's like buying a pair of new Redwings it takes some time to get them worn it but in the end it is so worth the effort.

Love the craftsmanship of the holster. The break in period has been a complete hassle. Received it last week and still having issues with drawing out the holster. I will continue the break in process to see if it gets better. The thumb break really needed to be stretched a lot to snap but I finally got it there. Follow their break in instructions and it will finally get there. It’s like a good ball glove. Needs a little patience and lots of alcohol and draw ez and leather conditioner. Good luck

So far so good. Gun fits tight but leather is stretching nicely. It is a very sharp looking holster with the contrast stitching. Purchased 2, black and brown for my S & W 2.0 with the optic and flashlight for work.
I have twi different holsters from Falco. One shoulder holster and one OWB holster. Both are high quality. The shoulder holster is absolutely professional grade. I can’t say enough about how well both are made. Also, customer service is very responsive.
Very Very tight fit to start with. Hoping the breaking in process works. Seems like a good leather, shaping is a concern.

It shipped relatively fast considering it was delivered to the USA. Material quality is excellent. The holster was a very tight fit out of the box but after the first day of breaking in it slipped in & out easily. Especially after a second day of break in. Here's the method I used to better the break in process. 1. Cut the shell of a ballpoint pen to the needed length and secured it along the bottom of trigger guard while butting it against the back of the mounted laser/light using blue painters tape. Do the same at the top of the firearm between the front sight and mounted laser. 2. Placed the firearm in a 1-gallon ziplock storage bag. 3. Douse a toothbrush with rubbing alcohol and rub the inside of the seams & area where the light will rest until the areas are damp but not wet. Also rub the inside bend of the strap lock. 4. Firmly insert the bagged firearm in the holster making sure the strap lock is snapped & secure. 5. Using a long strap or a belt, wrap the outside of the holster with the beltloops turned inward. This will help with comfort when it comes time to wear the holster. 6. Day two, remove the belt from around the holster. At time time, you may want to rub additional alcohol along the inside areas mentioned in step 3. You can also wipe the outside of the holster with a spray leather upholstery cleaner/conditioner on the outside to help the forming process. Place the holstered firearm under your bed mattress or heavy pillow. This will help with the forming process around the firearm mounted accessories. After day two, the holster should be well broken in to the point the firearm will literally drop in and out and ready to wear.

A second break-in kit might help, but you could also try a few simple techniques: Wrap your unloaded firearm in a plastic bag or wax paper and insert it into the holster overnight to gently stretch the leather. Draw and reholster repeatedly to work the leather—like breaking in a new pair of boots. Use denatured alcohol sparingly to soften the interior. Just be sure not to overdo it—tightness is key to retention, but it should never require two hands. While wearing its super tight when I can’t even muscle it out have to wiggle and rock it out not practical for any use of a holster. When the holster is not installed on a belt the pistol fits great using the break in process makes it even better but didn’t help at all when it comes to wearing it. Unfortunately ive been trying to get it work for a few months so now can’t even do the buy back and I’m stuck with it.

Hi Andrew, thank you for your review. You are correct. Once an RDS option is chosen, the holster design needs to be changed because it would not fit. I have some information that you have already started a Buyback procedure. You can go with the C-shape holster. This holster design does not change the look. Have a great day!I would not buy this leather holster. Retains your firearm really tight to where you need to wrestle to separate your firearm from the holster. When pushing pistol into holster, it moves my slide back with the amount of friction. Would like to get a refund but the policy seems like a bunch of extra work. Ordered a kydex holster instead, I hope they can get that right.

I guess I need another break in kit. Still can't get the gun out. Must use both hands
Hi Mike, Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s great to hear you’re happy with the holster overall, but that tight fit can definitely be frustrating. A second break-in kit might help, but you could also try a few simple techniques: Wrap your unloaded firearm in a plastic bag or wax paper and insert it into the holster overnight to gently stretch the leather. Draw and reholster repeatedly to work the leather—like breaking in a new pair of boots. Use denatured alcohol sparingly to soften the interior. Just be sure not to overdo it—tightness is key to retention, but it should never require two hands. If it still feels unsafe or impractical after break-in, it might be worth reaching out to the maker for adjustments or guidance.Great fitting, comfortable holster for my bul armory ultralight pro w/tlr7 hlx sub light

Support does not react an instructions for sending the item back. Very poor customer experience!

While wearing its super tight when I can’t even muscle it out have to wiggle and rock it out not practical for any use of a holster. When the holster is not installed on a belt the pistol fits great using the break in process makes it even better but didn’t help at all when it comes to wearing it. Unfortunately ive been trying to get it work for a few months so now can’t even do the buy back and I’m stuck with it.

A snug fit is intentional for retention, but it shouldn't make drawing impractical. Have you tried adjusting the belt position or experimenting with different belt thicknesses? Sometimes, a slight shift in setup can make a big difference. . Thank you!Be aware that if you get this cut for an optic it will drastically change the shape of the holster. Wish I had known that prior to purchasing. They should have pictures of what the optic cut looks like.
Hi Andrew, thank you for your review. You are correct. Once an RDS option is chosen, the holster design needs to be changed because it would not fit. I have some information that you have already started a Buyback procedure. You can go with the C-shape holster. This holster design does not change the look. Have a great day!I would not buy this leather holster. Retains your firearm really tight to where you need to wrestle to separate your firearm from the holster. When pushing pistol into holster, it moves my slide back with the amount of friction. Would like to get a refund but the policy seems like a bunch of extra work. Ordered a kydex holster instead, I hope they can get that right.

I have a bag full of holsters from years of trying to find the "perfect" one for OWB concealed carry of my .38 J-frame revolver. This holster is the one. Still breaking it in but no complaints so far.
