Ok, so bit of a roller coaster here. My stepdad had purchased the 509 tactical option, but somehow it had defaulted to the standard 509 variant. I contacted Falco about this issue, and Mrs. Daly was IMMEDIATE in their response giving me clear instructions on how to return the holster and then worked with me to get the correct dimensions for the sights and threaded barrel for the new one which they then sent out. Break in period took a minute, but it's freshly made leather and good quality leather too. I am absolutely astonished in the customer support in fixing my issue, and with the quality of the product they delivered. 10/10 am looking forward to ordering more holsters from here!

I've been carrying for over 35 years and this was the first leather holster I've ever had.
I did a lot of research and noticed the quality and time that Falco puts into their products.
I ordered and received mine in 8 days...
made just for me by a true craftsman.
Didn't even need to break it in, my Shield Plus fit in absolutely perfect.
I could slide it right in and hold it upside down without using the retention strap.
And with it on it was even better, knowing it was secure with the strap.
And I now wear it very proudly and get compliments all the time.

Great Holster. I,m 65 years old and this is one of the nicest and well made holster i have had. Super nice and fit my gun with a laser perfect. Made to fit. You get what you pay for and sometimes you just have to be good to yourself. Money Well Spent

I could not find a holster anywhere that would work for my gun with a light and optic combo. The holster was made to the exact specifications I needed and is by far the best holster I have purchased to date. I use this holster for court and it is extremely well made and comfortable. I also added a new belt, which turned out to be the incorrect size. Although this was a mistake on my part, Falco's customer service was quick and helpful with their response and sent me a new belt! I would highly recommend this holster to anyone looking for quality leather that truly is one of a kind.

I Ordered A Holster For A Sig Sauer P365 XL WIth A Lima Laser Light I Did Receive The Holster & Was Extremely Beautiful But It Did Not Fit My Weapon I Did What I Was Told To Do Using A Plastic Bag Over The Gun & Putting Alcohol On The Inside & Using A Leather Conditioner On The Outside I Did This 3 Times Adding A Plastic Bag Each Day One Over Another & Still Was Tight After Speaking To A Lovely Representee & Sending Over 11 Pictures The Kind Lady Discovered The Wrong Holster Was Made For The Wrong Laser So She Told Me A New One Is Being Made & Will Be Shipped To Me @ No Charge So I Am Guessing I WIll Wait another 5 Weeks. If You Place A Order PLEASE MAKE SURE THE LASER IS PRINTED CORRECTLY My Order Showed The Correct LIMA 365 But When Paying It Automatically Changed When I Was Paying For The Order The Representative Told Me She Would Fix This Correction On Her End BUT NEVER DID I Was Told This By The 2nd Representative . They Are A Beautiful Company & They Always Respond To Your Calls.I Am Waiting Patiently For My Correct Holster. The tooling was rushed and ugly. I’m from Texas and there is a lot of leather work here. It’s quality leather but overall not worth the money.
