High Ride OWB Nylon Holster with Thumb Break

I purchased this nylon holster because it is small and flexible. I'm a petite female, so the stiff and large leather holster I had been using was very uncomfortable and bulky. I'm very pleased with this holster that has been custom made to fit my .38 Special revolver that is equivalent to a Smith and Wesson 12. It took a while to arrive (about a month or so) but has been well worth the investment and time. I don't really use the small flap over the top of the gun but it isn't a problem to have it there. It's hard to find shirts that cover up the firearm, so it's helpful to have the higher position of the gun on my belt. The holes where the belt goes through are much smaller than they appear in the photo; I use a belt that is 1 inch wide and have observed that any belt wider than this does not get through the holes.

Afive star holster is what I expected, and a five-star holster is what I got. It fits very well and actually fits another handgun I own also. In my book that's a six -star rating

I've had many Nylon holsters that were just cheap and that kind of stuck in my head. I was a bit hesitant to order one but I was very surprised. Quality and function are fantastic with this holster and I plan on ordering another for another favorite pistol. There is just a little more gove to the holster than a Kydex OWB, and in the case of carrying while driving, this holster is very comfortable and the high ride makes drawing while seated much easier. I really like the sewn-in insert to prevent the sights from catching. No regrets with this purchase.

Outstanding fit and quality!
