Jan 19 @ 2057: Received order confirmation Jan 20 @ 0001: Received order confirmation with shipping estimates for every single product they make...WOW Feb 3 @ 0836: Received FedEx email saying holster was shipped Feb 8: Received holster. Nice cardboard box. Holster was in a thick plastic bag. Nice packaging all around. Very happy at this point. Thumb break wouldn't close. Disappointment set in. Immediately took pictures and emailed them to Falco with my concern. Feb 9 @ 0054: Received an email from Miriam Maruniakova explaining what could've caused the issue and how to resolve it. Ended the email with 'In case the leather tears or cracks I guarantee you a new holster.' Nice! Faith restored. Feb 9 @ 0119: Veronika Mojzisova emails me also. Told me basically the same thing Miriam did. Made me feel like everyone's looking out and is quick to address issues. To heck with wasting time asking if someone else addressed the issue. Just take care of it. Super nice! Feb 9 PM: Got home with the denatured alcohol they recommended to follow the 'issue resolving' procedure they suggested. 15 minutes later my thumb break snapped closed and my pistol was snugly inside the holster waiting for the leather to gently conform and caress the smooth Italian curves of my Beretta. SUCCESS! I haven't had such an excellent experience with a company for as long as I can remember. And my wife thought it was a scam because I got an order confirm from Slovakia. Well, I guess the Slovakians know how to do business better than most American companies. Good job Slovaks! If I had any of Falco's merchandise I'd advertise these professionals everywhere I go. Super pleased.

I saw comments about the belt loops being too small for a 1.5” belt but gave it a try anyways. The loops I got work perfect for my 1.5” leather belt from Hanks Belts

This is a quality holster. The fit and finish are top notch and the craftsmanship shows, While the pistol is the holster the profile is close to the body and belt with no sag and it holds the pistols securely. I’m very pleased with my purchase and will buy another for my new purchases
Shoud give it zero stars. Bought the three holsters in one order for my HKP30Sk. A pocket one, roto-shoulder, and nylon IWB. None of them fits properly, none of them covers the trigger guard. The’re sacandal rather than holstes.

The workmanship of the holster and the materials of construction are excellent. A really nice product. That being said, I had fitment issues that I am currently trying to resolve. The quality of the holster kept me from returning it. I also figured that the construction materials are stiff and will loosen a bit after time. The fit was too tight for the specified gun. It was tight to the point that the gun would not come out of the holster, requiring two hands to remove the weapon. The holster was so tight that it grabbed the slide of the gun and racked the slide as I attempted to remove the gun. I don't want to be struggling with a holster when I need the weapon. For the record, I specified a larger framed gun (same brand) than what I am using when I ordered the holster in anticipation of the holster being too tight. I cut a stitch at the beginning of the trigger guard portion and I am currently "stretching" the holster with a bigger gun. The stretching process is working as the smaller gun now fits in the holster without racking the slide when the gun is removed. I am happy with the progress and think that it will soon be exactly what I wanted. Would I buy another holster from this company? Absolutely, just for the quality if nothing else.
Seems to have enough parts to be useful. I have not needed to use it yet.
