So far this has been the most comfortable and convenient holster I use. It stays tight to the body and keeps the firearm secure with the thumb snap. There was almost no break-in time needed, the gun slides in very secure and draws with almost no hang-ups. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a secure way to OWB carry.
The holster quality is exceptional. I also purchased the break-in kit. After following the instructions on the break in, my gun fits perfectly and draws easily. I would recommend it.
Upon opening the package, it was all put together in a very neat display. Once I got to the holster packaging I was already drooling over the idea of a perfect fit, and you all most definitely delivered exactly that. It was worth the wait and I would surely recommend your services to ANYONE wanting a great fit for their carry arm. Thank you all for your high level of competency.
Bought the Comfort IWB Kydex for a HK CC9 with optic. Great holster. Conceals well with good retention and smooth pull. Distributes pistol weight well and allows for one handed reholstering. I have Falco IWB for several pistols and all are great. Belt clips are pretty stout when putting on but that's what helps the pistol pull clean when needed.
I picked up this holster for a S&W model 27 with a 4" barrel. It's a pretty big gun that I like to carry when it's cold outside and I have some extra garments to aid in concealment. This is a beautiful holster that is well packaged in a way that immediately tells you that these folks are proud of what they do and they care about their customers. They want you to appreciate it from the moment you pick it up out of your mailbox or off of your porch. The leatherwork is flawless with not a thread out of place. The color of the leather, contrasted with the stitching really makes me wish that I preferred open carry. I would love to show it off and get to talk about it with others. However, the holster conceals wonderfully, particularly for a larger gun like this one. When I first put it on, I was a little concerned about the concealment as there is, for lack of better terms, a fin that protrudes from below the trigger guard to the tip. My initial thoughts told me that it would push my cover garments out and not conceal very well. Turns out that it's just a little different than what I am used to and will conceal under even a light, pearl snap type shirt worn either open or closed. I'm not sure if it's intentional or just luck, but the "fin" I spoke of is because the holster is turned in a way that really increases comfort and lends itself to ease of motion that allows for natural arm movement when walking. Speaking of comfort, this thing is ludicrously comfortable. It makes a larger revolver every bit as comfortable as some of the smaller guns that I carry. Whether I am walking, working or driving I honestly barely know that it's there. The online ordering process is painless, and they do a fine job of keeping you in the know along the way, sending you a note upon receipt, beginning of build, and shipping. Additionally, the price to quality ratio is heavily skewed towards quality. I have spent considerably more on holsters that are no better. I highly recommend this holster, but more so this company as I can only assume that you would really have to work at being disappointed with anything they make. I look forward to buying others as I decide which guns need upgrades. Side note, I really wish they would ditch this personal data agreement that I have to agree to just to leave a review. I don't trust America with any of my personal data, and I really don't trust European data storage. Any place that jails people for words can not be trusted with anything personal. If I didn't feel obligated to show my appreciation for this experience, the data thing would have me turn and walk away.
Dear Matt, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. Reading feedback like this truly means a lot to our team. We are especially happy to hear that the holster works well for your S&W Model 27 and that the comfort, concealment, craftsmanship, and overall carry experience met your expectations. Your description of the design and how it moves naturally with the body is exactly what we strive for when developing our holsters, especially for larger revolvers. We also greatly appreciate your kind words about our packaging, communication, and value. Our craftsmen put a tremendous amount of pride into every holster, so comments like yours are incredibly rewarding to share with the team. Regarding the personal data agreement, we completely understand your concerns and appreciate your honest feedback. We will make sure it is passed along internally for review as we continue improving the customer experience. Thank you again for your support and trust in FALCO. We look forward to building your next holster when the time comes.Hands down the highest quality holster I own. Still breaking it in but already have made significant progress. Looks great, quality materials and great stitching. Shipping once it was in the air was remarkably fast, my next holster will come from Falco for sure. Itching to go out with it again and get everything fully broken in.
I purchased the IWB 604L for my Ruger Max with laser. Love it! It is very well made, a quality holster. After using denatured alcohol on the holster as recommended, I have a perfect fit. I am very pleased with my purchase.
I ordered this for my Springfield Champion Operator with a Streamlight TLR-1HL (I use an StreamlightTLR1-HL X, which wasn't an option), I also wear the holster paired with a Next Belt 1.75in belt. The holster fits the pistol way too tightly. I tried the solutions provided in the FAQ for leather holsters with slight improvement. I've tried saddle soap. I've tried wiggling the pistol inside the holster to break in the leather. I've tried doing draw drills for hours, and can't get the pistol out if the holster without two hands being involved. I've tried everything except heating or steaming the leather. I've adjusted where the holster sits on my hip ringing from 2 o'clock to 5 o'clock. I've tried my Next Belt, a standard riggers belt, and two different leather belts. I wanted this holster to avoid bulky kydex level 2 or 3 duty holsters from other companies because those seem to be the only options for light bearing 1911A1s. I'm frustrated with the holster, but not ready to give up on it, yet.
Thank you for the detailed feedback and for giving the holster such a thorough break-in attempt before reaching out. We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after trying multiple methods and carry positions. Light-bearing 1911 holsters can require a longer break-in period due to the combination of the firearm and weapon light, but the draw should still become manageable without requiring two hands. We also appreciate you sharing that you are using the TLR-1 HL X, as even small variations between light models can sometimes affect fitment. Since you are not ready to give up on the holster yet, we recommend contacting our Claims Department directly if you haven’t done so already. Please include photos and, if possible, a short video of the draw resistance so the team can review the fitment and advise on the best next step. We truly appreciate your patience and the opportunity to help make this right.Just received my holster and looks, feel, fit and quality appear top notch.
This holster is very good quality and fits my pistol with a laser like a glove. It also fits your body much better than any other brand I've ever had. Highly recommend Falco Holsters!
Love their products. have two of their holsters and one nylon mag pouch. Going to order more mag pouches.
Received new holster today for my Langdon Tactical compact Beretta compact 92. The fit is very good and tight. Break - in is needed, and expected. I’m working the holster while watching tv, and will leave the Beretta in the holster for a few days as required. The quality of the leather and stitching is very high quality! My first impressions are that I made the right choice for my EDC. Thank you Falco!
I'm not one to leave ratings, but this holster deserves one. Beautiful craftsmanship, amazing fit and feel, and the most comfortable holster I have ever worn. Chef's kiss!
Five stars. Perfect fit and delivered as promised. Very good quality.
The fit and quality of the holster for my45+ year old revolver, which had been modified, was amazing. I sent the modification information and pictures in and what I received was well beyond my expectations. The interactions and customer service from Isabella and the craftsmen was second to none that I have experienced. The quality of the holster, fit finish and heft on the belt are exceptional. My most sincere thanks to thew Falco team!
It’s an outstanding holster. It fits my gun perfectly. I am very happy with it.
Excellent fit, works great. Make sure you know and note your chest size when ordering, As a big guy I made sure to note this when ordering, and they made the correct adjustments. Near perfect fit out of the box.
Can't be more happy. Best holster I've ever had.
Great holster. Was pretty tight at first but after breaking in the leather my baretta slides cleanly and sits nicely. Will definitely be buying from here again
