Did not realize that there are no refunds on all their items. You would think a Glock 19 with a Surefire light are not that uncommon. To falco those are custom holsters I guess and you can only get store credit on those
The reason you wanted to use BUYBACK was uncomfortable holster, we were not aware that there was any problem with Surefire light that you ordered holster for. You agreed with the solution that we offered you in our email communication.

Great products. I ordered two new holsters for my Sig P-365. When shipped they accidentally forgot to include one of the holsters. I contacted them & they immediately took care of the problem & sent my the other half of my order. Mistakes happen, so it's great when a company steps up and takes care of the issue without hassle. I'll be back if I need any additional holsters. Great service & great leather products.

The material is good quality but the bag do not open enough and it is very tight to have a smouth use with the pistol. The gun's sight is always blocking on the tissu of the bag. And the small pocket is very very small and tight. Expensive for the use.

Good construction and the only holster out there for a P365 with a laser. However, the molding is only superficial and consequently the retention is only just adequate. It does its job, but isn't one you'll admire.

You put your gun it an an it it’s tight at all I tighten the screws a still the holster can just fall out pretty easy. When upside down. Not to mention the holster just feels cheesy for the money I paid for it I’d expect better than this. First time buyer, last time buyer!
