Great Holster! It fits my Kimber Ultra Carry II perfectly. This is my first leather holster and I did have trouble breaking it in, until I loosened the retention screw. The snaps hold the holster securely on my belt and minimizes printing by keeping the handle of the gun close to my body when it is worn inside the waistband.

Thank you SirVery soft and comfortable. Fits great. The only problem I have is the belt clip is extremely stiff. I mean very hard to put on. It will not come out that's for sure.

Holster itself is about as good of a kydex one you can get. The hood, which I’m pretty certain they outsource for, isn’t exactly secure. Having been a LEO for 12 years, most of which I spent in a war zone Ghetto with a culture of violence and a leading murder rate, I do not trust the hood on this; when it it is locked, you can defeat it with your thumb alone, without using the release. Simply push on the hood anywhere except the release lever and with a little pressure it’ll go. Not very safe and for a copper who is relying on it to keep their gun secure and therefore their life… well, it just turned a basic wrestling match into a life or death fight. Hope you’re packing a backup gun. You’re gonna need it if you go this route. However; if you’re not relying on the holster for life or death reliability and just want a relatively secure holster for other various uses that don’t involve oxygen thieves trying to disarm you, then I think it’s absolutely fine. It’s on par with the quality of most Kydex holster makers. I shifted the use of mine into a field holster for hunting, fishing and hiking. I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this for duty use. Any other use though, well it’s good to go. But then you shouldn’t be buying the “duty” style. Grab the pancake style.
