Came as described. Long time customer. Never a problem. Quality product and design.
This is one of the worst holsters that I have ever purchased. The kydex does not retain the firearm in the slightest when it is not worn, and it somehow gets worse while wearing it. The firearm shifts and moves and actively tries to work its way out of the holster during even routine movements. What is even more frightening is that any activity that requires bending allows the firearm to shift in such a manner as to depress the magazine release button. Several times I drew the weapon during dry fire practice only to watch in horror as the magazine would gracefully fly from the grip and hit the floor. Lets not even begin to discuss the design of the belt clips and leather backing. I am not sure how it was designed to be incorporated into the everyday load out, but any belt of even moderate thickness seems to exceed the design tolerance and make the whole holster try to destroy itself. I am truly disappointed, I had such high hopes from a quality manufacturer such as Falco.
Soo I've just received my replacement holster. Let me tell you, they advertise their services as making hand craft hosters but they've turned this into a "tailor made" experience! This is the first time I've left feedback to a company and they contacted me in no time and patiently listened to what I had to say. The new holster is very sturdy, has ever so slight modifications to the magazine(now the mag clicks in place out of the box without any further adjustment) as well as a higher trigger guard. The craftsmen also added a little protection to where the flashlight lens is which is a nice touch. The special attention and great craftmanship won me over. My experience with Falco was Superb! Thanks to everyone on the team and especially to Katarina Z. who contacted me and handled the replacement process.

Falco did a great job on my holster! I’m very pleased with the results.
No complaints. Product is exactly as described and arrived in a timely manner.
The push retention level 2 is not what I was expecting. I was expecting an actual button to be pressed down but that is no the case. It's very hard to press it to move the release. That holster itself is okay.

Holster had to be custom made to fit my red dot sight and suppressor height front sight. It fits the pistol perfectly.and it's very comfortable to wear. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience, all the way around. Ordering process was fast and painless. The holster itself is very high quality and exceedingly well crafted. Firearm fitment is nice and tight, which I appreciate. I've tried various leather brands, but Falco will absolutely be my go-to from here on.
Great quality. Tight fit at first but then becomes snug and really perfect. I really can’t tell the holster is there when I wear it on my right side 4:00 position. Even when driving.
