Excellent, with the exception of the retention thumb strap. Will only snap , secure if the chamber is empty and hammer fully forward. With round chambered and decocked the retaining thumb strap is too short

Regarding the thumb-break retention strap, its length and function depend on the specific carry condition and hammer position the holster was designed for. Our thumb-break holsters are typically built around a defined configuration, and in some cases a different hammer or carry position (such as chambered and decocked) may affect how the strap engages. That said, we’d be happy to review this with you to see if an adjustment or solution is possible. I should have read the reviews. Mine also does not fit the weapon. WAY TO TIGHT. And just got declined for refund. Do not recommend using this company.

Leather holsters can require a break-in period, but if you believe the fit is incorrect, please contact our Claims Department again so they can review the issue in more detail and confirm the best possible solution.
This holster is the best fit holster I have ever purchased and I have purchased plenty. My next holsters will be purchased from Falco. Out of the box the pistol slid in and out perfectly without having to work the leather. I was extremely surprised and pleased.

I bought two Premium holsters for two different pistols. Nice holsters but cannot snap thumbreak together. I did the plastic bag for three days and drenched thumbreak in alcohol while twisting and pulling but snaps will not connect. Disappointed in the Quality of a Premium Holster. What do I do Now???

Our Premium leather holsters are intentionally made with firm retention and tight thumb-breaks when new, as full-grain leather naturally relaxes with controlled break-in. That said, the thumb break should be able to close without excessive force, and it certainly should not cause frustration. Great soft leather, be sure to get tie down straps if you already have holster and counterbalance

I just received my 2nd Falco Holster. It is beautiful and my Taurus GX4 carry, fits perfectly. I was surprised, however, that it has a wing like the C633, I would imagine because of my Holosun optic sight. I was expecting it to be exactly like the picture of the C205 which I have for my Taurus G3C. Nevertheless, it’s beautifully crafted and is very comfortable. The black leather is awesome!! Thanks

Your observation regarding the wing is correct — when a holster is made for an optic-equipped handgun, certain design elements may be added to ensure proper stability, concealment, and draw performance, even within the same model line. I ordered a P226 Legion with a TLR 8A holster, however the legion has a full rail on it and this holster is not molded for the full rail. So, it is unable to fit all the way in the holster and does not lock in. If it’s heavily forced, it bulges out the bottom of the holster. Bottom line; doesn’t fit, not happy. $160 completely wasted.

Because all FALCO® holsters are hand-made to order and molded to the exact firearm and light configuration selected at checkout, an issue like this can sometimes occur if the handgun variant differs from the standard model (such as a full-length rail vs. standard rail configuration). Well made but pistol is too loose. Would probably lose it in a scuffle. Would be much better with a tension adjustment of some kind.

Quality materials, quality stitching, tight fit. One day of breaking in the holster it fits very well.

This holster is so tight, it’s a vinyl holster not a leather holster. Will it break in like a leather holster? The product does look very well-made and looks very nice. My only concern is the fit.

That said, a firm fit is intentional with this material to ensure proper retention and safety.
