Once Again, Isabella came threw with excellent customer service. Unfortunately I seem to use it more than most. My OCD, particular nature always seems to kick in. But... that is what attracts me to Falco Hosters to begin with. Falco makes a second to none product, and stands behind it. This is my fouth purchase from them, and certainly will not be my last. This new concept of a kydex, and leather halster was a great idea and functions Excellent. This design keeps my slides finish from being worn down by the kaydax, and holds by frame in place like only kyfex can.

This holster is amazing. I running it with a KDS9C rail with tlr1-HL and holsun optic. The fit is great , I placed the weapon in a plastic bag and put in the holster for 24 hrs and its has perfect retention and smooth draw. The saddle brown color is incredible beautiful and the slight forward cant makes draw smooth. Csnt be more impressed with this holster.

I’m impressed with the product but with all the details and rating i already knew that it will be hard to holster the weapon and will not go in without a ton of force so much so that it will chamber the weapon with that said and all the reviews I’m working it with oil and working with it leather has to be broken in it’ll then i only review what i gotten out the pack so far it’s an amazing super comfortable product will write again when worked in some

Leather holsters can require a break-in period, but the firearm should not chamber from excessive force during holstering. If the fit continues to feel too tight after break-in, please contact our claim department so the team can review the issue and assist you further.A) I ordered this holster with a red dot cutout, and the holster I received did not have the cutout, so my firearm would not fully seat into the holster. Instead of sending it back, I decided to just cut out the extra material to make due for now. B) Overall build quality is not what I'd expect from such an expensive holster. Thr leather work was not uniform and already had some frayed stitching. The kydex components did not look carefully made/cut/contoured. C) Shipping was a nightmare. The shipment got held up in US customs & almost sent back because Falco didn't supply the proper documentation. Rather than return/exchange it, and risk shipping problems again, I'm just going to take the L on this and get a holster from a different company.

The holster seems to not fit my S&W 351 PD revolver ! The gun does not go into the holster properly even AFTER I used your kit to break the holster in to usable conditiion. i am very disappointed !

Excellent craftsmanship! And made in the USA. I break mine in by wrapping wax paper around the firearm, and then stuffing in the holster multiple time, kinda lubes up the inside. then let it sit overnight. Fits like a glove!

I opted for the premium holster because the pictures of the regular holster and it's fitting marks looked "cheap or chincy". I hoped the premium holster would be fancier and hand tooled nicer, it is not . It looks exactly like the standard holster. The fit of the weapon is very tight ,as it should be and quality appears very nice. If I order from Falco again I will not buy premium because there is no difference in appearance or quality of the standard holster.

Can the cant of the holster be adjusted? If so, is there a special tool required?
Thank you very much for your question! Yes — on most of our holster models, the cant can be adjusted by loosening the mounting screws that attach the belt clip or loops. You won’t need any special tools; a standard Phillips screwdriver or Allen key (depending on the model) will do the job. If you’re unsure which adjustment applies to your specific holster, please contact our customer service with your model number, and we’ll gladly guide you through the exact steps. The thumb break takes my kimber master carry pro off safety every time. I can’t trust to use it because I carry my 1911 cocked and locked and I can’t when the holster unlocks it. Other than that I like the holster. I live in Florida and we just became an open carry state. I purchased the holster with a thumb break to help keep someone from getting my gun and the holster takes it off safe.

My first impression is the build quality. This holster looks great and will no doubt last longer than me. When I fit checked it with my G20 gen5 it was tight. After installing and removing the pistol for days I now believe the snaps intended to secure my pistol will never reach. That’s a huge disappointment. The reason I know it won’t snap is I finally have the pistol 100% inside the holster. I haven’t installed the light I bought but I’m not sure it will fit either. Maybe they sent someone else’s holster. I could modify the holster and use it.
