Perfect fit, even after customizing it for a light and compensator. The leather is much more comfortable than a basic kydex holster. I expect to get a lot of use from this as my new EDC.

The holster arrived ahead of estimated delivery date in perfect condition. The holster was very high quality and fit perfectly. Bought this shoulder holster for my CZ P-10 C because Galco didn’t have one that fit. I’m really glad I went with FALCO. The leather feels better, the leatherwork is beautiful, it’s more comfortable to wear, and the fit is spot on. Not to mention, it was about half the price.
I was using a 1791 leather OWB holster before I ordered this one, and boy, am I glad I gave FALCO a try. The leather feels better, it fits my 1911 perfectly, and it conceals it under a jacket much more easily. Highly recommended!
TLDR: This is a fantastic holster, very comfortable while still having good retention. Would be 5-stars if not for the vent holes over the gun allowing sweat ingress, suggest covering/filling those particular holes if intending to purchase. Purchased this to replace the typical kydex with clip holster. This won't dig into you like full kydex, and still provides enough retention that the gun won't just slide right out if you bend over. Pancake design allows me to carry even the heavier handguns on the market (28oz+ unloaded) for hours on end without discomfort. The clips this uses are plastic, but this isn't like the crummy clips you'll see on cheapo Amazon holsters. I've sprinted nearly half a mile and didn't notice any shifting. I'm not particularly concerned about them failing anytime soon. I am however, concerned about the vents in the leather backing the gun itself. These holes - or at least the ones directly over the slide - will allow sweat to get to your gun. I used to have a Glock 43x that I EDCed in a Safariland Schema. My sweat had corroded the coating off after about a year and started rusting pits into the bare metal where my sweat accumulated, don't let sweat get on your metal bits fellas. I'm not terribly convinced these holes are providing much airflow anyway, the gun is right there covering them, after all. I'll try getting some moleskin over them and see what results. I'd rather be a tad more uncomfortable than destroy my slide either way.
TL:DR- This is a comfortable, secure holster, but you should probably look at covering/filling the vent holes directly over the gun unless you like rusting your guns up (weirdo). Almost a 5-star. Ordered this holster as I was being driven crazy by wearing the typical kydex holster with clip for hours in the heat. I've been wearing it for about a month by the time of this review. This holster is quite spectacular all around, I'd say. Retention is pretty darn good considering it's part leather, the pancake design spreads the weight so well that even heavier handguns on the market (28oz+ unloaded) can be worn comfortably for hours on end, and the leather won't dig into you like a full kydex design tends to. If you're concerned about the clips being plastic fret not, this isn't like the cruddy clips that come with those cheapo Amazon holsters. They grip my 1.5" belt to where I can sprint and jump without them shifting, I'm not terribly concerned about them. What I am concerned about, however, is the vent holes in the leather backing directly over the gun. I'm certain that the only "flow" of any substantial amount happening at these particular holes is sweat rather than air. I don't think the comfort of this design would be particularly impacted if those were just outright removed, frankly (I'd rather be a tad more uncomfortable than rust up my gun anyhow). This would be a 5-star rating if not for that. I will just try to get some moleskin to block up those holes and see how it does. If you're someone looking to buy a holster who isn't familiar with just how damaging sweat is to a firearm: I used to own a Glock 43x that I EDCed, holstered in a Safariland Schema. Not just the holster but had a great experience with Jozef and Viktória who were really helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. It took some time to break in the holster but the quality is awesome and have had about two weeks now where the be got it where I want it and can confidently say I will be returning for another purchase. Not only is it amazingly comfortable but holds my pistol tight and close to my body. Excellent purchase.
As a small framed female with kids, I was looking for a holster with extra protection that could also comfortably be on my chest while wearing a 30lb pack. There was no interference and to my surprise, no rubbing from the straps. The attached gun light fit great too. I highly recommend!
After looking for a company that makes an IWB holster for my specific firearm with absolutely no luck. I finally found Falco, which was the only company I've found to make one for my specific firearm. I absolutely could not ask for a better holster. The holster itself is absolutely beautifully crafted, very aesthetically pleasing. It actually increased my draw speed from concealed by 0.20 seconds on my first day at the range. It fits comfortably, and it stays 100% consistent, which helps with my draw being that the gun is always exactly where it needs to be each and every time. It's not even fully broken in and it's already the best holster I've ever owned, period. Falco is my go to for any and all future holster related purchases from now on, hands down.

Great holster!! Excellent quality and craftsmanship. There's a little break-in period as always with good quality leather. Love it and I'm going to buy another one for a different weapon. Takes about 5 weeks to recover it but well worth the wait. Great job Falco!
This holster is fantastic!!! The fit the finish and quality is great!!! I will be getting a few more for my other carry pistols.
I was excited for this holster but I’m pretty disappointed with the retention. I have a P365 xmacro with a TLR7a light and the gun feels loose even when wearing it against my hip. I’m actually worried about my gun falling out if I had to take off running after a suspect. Unfortunately I’m gonna have to put this holster away for range use only. The overall quality of the holster is great though, very good craftsmanship.
