The holster came sooner then expected which was really nice. But I did not receive the belt straps that hold the holster down so I have not been able to use it. I notified the company of the missing straps on November 16th and was informed they would be sent. I have not received them as of today the 23rd of November.

Very well built holster. Drawing and re-holstering is incredibly smooth. It sits just where I want it on my duty belt. Falco was telling the truth when they said each holster is built to fit your specific firearm. My Walther P99as fits in this holster like a glove. On top of that, they were able to provide a left handed configuration. It is extremely difficult to find left handed holsters anywhere, particularly when you have a less common firearm. As far as retention goes, the firearm stays put when running and doing physical drills. There is an issue, however; and it's the reason I need to knock off a star. It is very easy to pull the pistol from the holster without engaging the thumb drive. The rear of the slide will slip past the retention loop. It is a little concerning that someone could snatch your pistol off your hip by simply grabbing and pulling. Particularly when it is designed as a duty holster. I think this could be mitigated by having a shorter loop. It may be that the slope at the rear of my pistol's slide is what causes this. Possibly a gun like a Glock with a flat profile in the rear won't have this issue.

Beautiful holster and it retains the pistol excellently. The craftsmanship is what I would expect from a custom holster-maker. It is also extremely comfortable.
Belt loop too narrow for my specified 1.5" belt but the design is also poor, there's no room for any type of belt to pass through, way too tight and small even for a sheet of paper, no less a belt. davdi
The belt snaps are too small even for a 1" belt when the standard width is supposed to be for a 1.5" wide belt according to you the holster's site description. It's totally off and my order was for a heavy firearm. david
Holster was made wrong, firearm doesn’t fit the holster. Contacted customer service, and they said they would send a replacement in 10days. It’s been 13 business days(17), and no updates.
Works perfectly for me and my S&W 649 2 inch barrel revolver. Very comfortable and easy to adjust.
The holster is great looking and looks like phenomenal quality, the only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating it the strap that holds it in is about a half inch short so I cannot strap it In.
The holster is well made and has a very solid belt clip. My only complaint is that when wearing appendix, the edge of the leather on the bottom corner sticks out pretty far and digs into my upper thigh. I’ve managed to bend the leather to the point this problem is mostly mitigated.
Very impressed with the quality and surprised by the fitment. Highly recommend.
Excellent quality. Great fit quality leather. Only issue is/was paid for laser etching , was not done contacted customer service. Offered two choices, re-do the holster (10 day production wait) or refund of cost. Chose the re-do option. See how that goes. Have not received the new holster yet.

My belly band is quite comfortable. 1 suggestions 1. Reinforced Mag pouch from kydex. It would make a tactical change of the magazine easier.
