My holster is beautiful. I was so excited to get and wear it around and have not been disappointed. The leather is perfectly formed for me. This is money well spent! A+++

Thank you for your great feedback
Really good product! Just don’t do like I did and cut the straps before wearing it for atleast a day or two.
Thank you for your feedback, when any issue with your purchase, please always contact our customer service as the first step.
Right size finally arrived after I sent back the wrong size I ordered first by mistake. Great belt, but unfortunately I had to pay once again the local taxes, v.a.t. + import taxes. A little bit insane to pay taxes twice for one item ?
The taxes to Israel apply for order over $70 which your replacement order wasn´t. Please contact whoever requested you to pay tax second time and demand explanation.
It’s the wrong size. But the only credits I receive if I return it are in store credits. That completely sucks because I won’t buy from here again. The holster is too small and can’t be adjusted. Complete waste of money. Never again.
If we made the mistake, we will replace the item. The store credit is offered only if you change your mind and want exchange for different design. https://www.falcoholsters.com/guarantee

Yes we do have lifetime warranty, please send us photo of the issue. We will process it through the claim department.Did not realize that there are no refunds on all their items. You would think a Glock 19 with a Surefire light are not that uncommon. To falco those are custom holsters I guess and you can only get store credit on those
The reason you wanted to use BUYBACK was uncomfortable holster, we were not aware that there was any problem with Surefire light that you ordered holster for. You agreed with the solution that we offered you in our email communication.
My canik MC-9 with the o-light baldr mini fits perfectly. Nice holster ?
Thank you Sir for your positive feedback, we are happy that you like your new holster.
Great quality & fits my new Sig P-365 perfectly. This holster rides well on my belt line. I think leather holsters are the best and look great. Falco is a great product.
Thank you Sir for your great feedback and we are happy that you like your new leather holster.
Great products. I ordered two new holsters for my Sig P-365. When shipped they accidentally forgot to include one of the holsters. I contacted them & they immediately took care of the problem & sent my the other half of my order. Mistakes happen, so it's great when a company steps up and takes care of the issue without hassle. I'll be back if I need any additional holsters. Great service & great leather products.

Thank you for your lovely feedback, we're glad you like your new Pancake Style OWB Leather Falco Holster!
Good quality material.
Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate your time.
The material is good quality but the bag do not open enough and it is very tight to have a smouth use with the pistol. The gun's sight is always blocking on the tissu of the bag. And the small pocket is very very small and tight. Expensive for the use.
Dear Alexander, Thank you for your constructive feedback, in the product description we have written the weapon dimensions that are suitable for the CrossBody Bag for CCW, if the bag is tight, look at our Buyback system.
