Great quality in the Premium version. The standard version of this holster is not very good for IWB carry. Reholstering is difficult. Premium works very well for IWB carry.

Timing between ordering and receiving the holster wasn't bad, just about a month. The look, feel, fit and finish of the the holster is great. I'm very impressed. Due to a recent injury, I haven't been able to break in, test and wear the holster like I would normally do, but It seems like it will serve me well. It was packaged very well, in a bag and boxed. My only complaint so far has been the price and lack of options for shipping. I normally stay away from higher shipping costs. I will say even with the shipping, the holster was less then other offerings due to the choice in leather options. If the holster works at good and it looks and feels, a definite 4 1/2 stars.

Great holster overall, amazing leather, but has areas where it really should be improved. Fist the finish on the actual leather straps is rough and feels sharp, I had to use my own leather tools to refinish the edge on the straps, they were uncomfortably digging in, this is a minor cosmetic issue that I was not expecting in a product that was supposed to be premium. Adjustments are great on the shoulder parts, but the loops that attach to the belt are lacking. The belt loop is far too wide, I wish they could make it for specific belt sizes rather than an oversized one, that means that there is less adjustment available in the belt strap. This means that if you are short, not over 6 ft, then adjusting the lower part is going to be a challenge. These two issues are nothing compared to the biggest issue, one which made me consider returning the holster many times, which still makes me question if this was a mistake to order. The biggest issue is the plastic connections which are just downright awful in every way. For heaven's sakes in a 300 dollar holster can you restrain from using the cheapest looking and feeling plastic? The connections are not only ugly and seem very weak like they could break at any moment, but they are extremely uncomfortable as well. The only reason I cannot comfortably wear this holster is the fact that those crappy plastic clips dig into my flesh as they have these horrific corners that stick out horizontally. Literally any other means of attaching the straps to the holster would have been better. I am seriously considering taking them off and re-doing the whole thing myself and that should not be a thing I need to do for a premium holster. The holster would be easily 4.5/5 stars otherwise, but I struggle to do even 3 stars, I mean, it's painful to war at this time.

Actually I'm disappointed. The snap on the safety strap was mislocated towards the middle of the strap instead of the end. So, now the snaps won't reach other to be snapped together when the firearm is holstered. It's that, or the safety strap is too short to reach over the gun. The point is, I can't secure the firearm in the holster. I could send it back, but that means it's got be sent back all the way back to Europe and who knows how long it will take to get a replacement. The mislocation was sort of obvious. I imagine it was known the holster was defective, but they wanted to get rid of it. So, they shipped it to me in the U.S figuring it's not likely I'll return it. The holster was $140.00 though, so guess what I'm going to do.

We will request firstly photo documentation and in case we require the holster return, we will send shipping label so you do not need to pay anything. Also we make holsters by the order and not keeping them therefore the accusation that we purposedly send you faulty holster is not reasonable.I love this holster, it is beautiful! On the more critical side, however, I understand that new leather tends to be very stiff and not initially supple. That said, I am having issues getting my S&W 327 TRR8 to slide or fit into the holster. When I ordered this, it was my understanding that this holster was compatible to fit my stated firearm.
