Great craftsmanship. Except the snap for the retaining strap broke the first day. Had it replaced locally

Actually I'm disappointed. The snap on the safety strap was mislocated towards the middle of the strap instead of the end. So, now the snaps won't reach other to be snapped together when the firearm is holstered. It's that, or the safety strap is too short to reach over the gun. The point is, I can't secure the firearm in the holster. I could send it back, but that means it's got be sent back all the way back to Europe and who knows how long it will take to get a replacement. The mislocation was sort of obvious. I imagine it was known the holster was defective, but they wanted to get rid of it. So, they shipped it to me in the U.S figuring it's not likely I'll return it. The holster was $140.00 though, so guess what I'm going to do.
Thank you for your feedback. In case we made mistake and produced faulty holster, we will replace the holster in 10 days through the claim department. We will request firstly photo documentation and in case we require the holster return, we will send shipping label so you do not need to pay anything. Also we make holsters by the order and not keeping them therefore the accusation that we purposedly send you faulty holster is not reasonable.I love this holster, it is beautiful! On the more critical side, however, I understand that new leather tends to be very stiff and not initially supple. That said, I am having issues getting my S&W 327 TRR8 to slide or fit into the holster. When I ordered this, it was my understanding that this holster was compatible to fit my stated firearm.

The holster is a perfect fit for my Glock with the laser on it. The holster is very comfortable when wearing it. Would buy again if I need another holster.

Great craftsmen’s, really like the bag. But, the bag is a little small for my needs. Give the bag to my wife she loves it. I ordered the Practical Chest Concealed Gun Bag (Practical Slinger Concealed Gun Bag) this is a little bigger.

needs an insert to keep firearm holstered in active situations. Better not have to tall of iron sights either.

Belt clip is to stiff, almost impossible to manage it.

If this is not was would work for you, you will be able to exchange this design for holster with belt loops.Very good quality all around, fit perfectly, good quality leather.
