After the process of drying the genuine leather, the hand-molded holster might naturally shrink a little. If the re-holstering appears difficult during the first wear and the fit is too high, do not worry. All you need to do is to break-in the leather. Find our tips on the process here:

Purchased this holster based on the reviews and they were very accurate. Holster was a little stiff, but leaving the gun in it over night it loosen up nicely. This is an incredibly well made holster for my P1. Plenty of holster providers for P38s, but few for the P1. The P1 has wider slide dimension than a P38 and very difficult to fit in P38 holsters. Falco got this spot on!
